Job Description

Overview
As a Business Development Manager, your primary role is to identify, create, and nurture business opportunities that drive the growth and profitability of the company. Key Responsibility:
Market Analysis & Research:
  1. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
  2. Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market changes.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
  1. Identify and qualify potential clients, customers, or partners through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Relationship Building:
  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and partners.
  2. Cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships through regular communication and relationship-building activities.
Proposal Development and Presentation:
  1. Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  2. Present products or services to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
Sales Negotiation and Closing
  1. Lead negotiations with clients or partners to secure favorable terms and agreements
  2. Work towards closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Strategic Planning
  1. Identify and qualify potential clients, customers, or partners through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and online research.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
  1. Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  2. Provide feedback from the market to inform product/service development and marketing strategies.
Reporting and Analysis
  1. Monitor and analyze sales and business development performance against targets.
  2. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategy
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of successful deal closures.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Technical Engineer with expertise in Registered Communications Distribution Design (RCDD). The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing structured cabling systems and related technologies. The Technical Engineer (RCDD) will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our communication infrastructure.
Key Responsibility:
  1. Conduct site surveys to assess communication infrastructure needs.
  2. Design and plan structured cabling systems based on industry standards and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate communication systems into building designs.
  4. Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for cabling installations.
  5. Provide technical expertise during the installation and maintenance of communication systems.
  6. Stay current with industry trends, standards, and emerging technologies.
  7. Conduct regular quality assurance checks on communication installations.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of communication systems.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to communication infrastructure.
  10. Provide training and support to internal staff and external partners.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  2. RCDD certification from BICSI is required.
  3. Proven experience in the design and implementation of structured cabling systems.
  4. In-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
  5. Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design tools.
  6. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

  1. Previous experience in a technical engineering role, preferably with a focus on communication systems.
